If your rug is from our MADE TO ORDER OUSHAK collection, production time is 90-120 days from your order date.

If your rug is from our MADE TO ORDER FLAT WEAVE collection, production time is 60-65 days from your order date.

If your rug is our MADE TO ORDER JUTE collection, production time is 60-65 days from your order date.

Damaged and Lost Packages:

• All damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery time mark. No exceptions. We must have pictures of the following to replace the damaged item: damaged packaging, damaged contents, and the shipping label on the outside of the package.
